You will receive an invoice via email on booking your session at BPS.
Full payment is required before your session commences.
We accept payment via bank transfer or by credit card on arrival.

At Base Performance Simulators (BPS), we understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your session. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can effectively manage our bookings.

Up to 7 business days prior to your session 

Cancellation: 25% of the session cost will be charged. 

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with no charge applied.

Up to 3 business days before your session 

Cancellation: 75% of the session cost will be charged. 

Rescheduling: 50% cancellation fee will be applied ontop of your new booking.

One business day prior or on the day of your session 

Cancellation: 100% of the session cost will be charged. 

Rescheduling: Not Applicable.
