At Base Performance Simulators (BPS), we understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your session. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can effectively manage our bookings.

Up to 7 days before your session:
Cancellation: 25% of the session cost will be charged.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with no charge applied.

Up to 48 hours before your session Cancellation:
50% of the session cost will be charged.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with no charge applied.

100% of the session cost will be charged.
