We specialise in designing and building high-performance simulators for driver training, entertainment, events, and bespoke projects. The Role:We are looking for a skilled and proactive Simulator Assembly Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and customising simulators while ensuring the highest quality standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving technical challenges, and being part of exciting projects, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Assemble simulator sub-assemblies and main units.
Route cables, solder, crimp, and build looms.
Use hand and power tools for machining and assembly.
Set up PCs and prepare for events or installations.
Test, diagnose, and maintain simulators onsite and offsite.
Perform simulator rebuilds, custom bodywork fitments, and vinyl work.
Handle stock management, including ordering, stock takes, and system updates.
Package and crate simulators for transport.
Provide technical support and document work processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with hand tools and machining techniques.
A forward-thinking, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
Major attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently from manuals and management guidance.
Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong documentation skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.

Essentials:

Full UK driving license
Must be 18 years of age or over
